Build a career that makes a real difference.
At Home Performance, Inc., we help families save energy, cut their bills, and live more comfortably. Bring your drive, and we'll help you build skills that last.
Why people build careers here
We're a BPI-certified team helping Virginia homeowners get more comfortable, efficient homes. Here's what that means for the people doing the work.
See your impact
You'll walk into drafty, hard-to-heat homes and leave them comfortable and efficient. It's work you can point to at the end of the day.
Grow in a growing field
Build real skills in insulation, air sealing, and energy auditing, learning from people who do it every day.
Work with people who care
We sweat the details and look out for each other. If you take pride in doing things the right way, you'll fit right in.
